Nice find dct. The chart appears poised for a run. I felt like pulling the buy trigger too today, but have plenty as it is, I guess that's what happens during the accumulation period :(

The property is still a concern imo. I figured the $95m write-off last year would be the end of it. But a few more million was written down in the half yearly... so it'd be wise to knock a few more percentage points from the remaining portfolio... obviously nowhere near to the extent that's implied by the current share price discount versus nta, that looks like lunacy.
