    Completely agree. what we want to see now are results. I presume all shareholders want to see the value of their shares increase. I presume most shareholders are not happy with the price where it is now, but at the same time believe the best people are doing all they can to remedy the situation. We dont agree with that, but we respect absolutely the democratic right of shareholders to make those decisions.

    We will of course, be happily proven wrong as i fully expect that we will in the not too distant future. When that happens, and shareholders realise close to full value on this 3.2bn dollar asset we have believe you me, ASI and Silvergate will be the happiest shareholders in the stable.

    What shareholders expect now is results. Faith has been placed, and now it is time for the words of management to be transformed into reality. I presume i am not the only one who needs to see a deal from Nick that repays shareholders faith in him and the board, and not some meek offering that merely keeps he and the rest of the board and management employed leaving shareholders diluted and sitting here wondering what might have been.

    i dont think i am talking out of school when i do say that i think the clock is ticking. its been 4 months since the ASI proposal was rejected. i do wonder what the hold up is.
