Has anyone considered Shell or BG trying to back door Arrow if they up their bid? could be a cheap way for Shell to gain access to sizeable stakes in Arrow. I am not sure BG can just change their mind and now say they accept a higher bid from Arrow?
Just some alternative ideas.
