Mont?...of course NOBODY would dream of "rearranging" this board and management in new "restructured" arrow!...what i tried to say (and probabaly missed it completely) was, IF the shareholders voted NO to sell and we had blocking stake and transaction went down the drain the board would probabaly be completely p off and would not have the passion and commitment for the australian part of the business any more!... they seem to be hell bound on off loading it and not keeping it for ever, developing it, working on it....when we finally split, of course we need the old board for o/s operations! they set it up, have all the contacts and know what is in there....truth be told i do not care much either way...will cast my vote the way i see fit and will move on....i must learn not to get so emotional about the companies i am investing in...lol..
