    Back door move which I didnt expect for Hal into HTI which I didnt expect.
    Looks like a cheap shell none the less.
    Hal lists late Novemeber 21.
    Looks like Pattersons is involved now possibly with Morgan Stanley in the deal.
    I would say this is one step closer for the RNC takeover to happen.
