The point still stands though that if the will and the attention is there (especially at closing on a slow or non-traded day!) it's easy to avoid.
Unless they are prepared to sell a lot of their shares below-value, all it takes is a few million at 0.2c; granted this would be a lot easier to keep up before the cap came into place (which is why I assume it's a La Jolla cap, but I don't have the trading software to confirm anything about the sellers).
I suppose ultimately all this is fairly immaterial; if the resource proves out to any degree all these shares will be merely a drop in the bucket.
