I must admit the clause about the volume weighting in the 3Bs is written rather clumsily and hard to read:

"85% of the average of the three (3) lowest
Volume Weighted Average Prices during the
twenty-one (21) Trading Days prior to the
    election to convert."

The way I read this is:
    - Look at the 21 trading days before the conversion
    - Pick the 3 lowest traded prices for this period
    - Take volume-weighted average of these prices over those 21 days

So, if we only trade at 0.1c and 0.2c for a 21-day period (as is most likely right now), then only those will be considered; there are no other "lowest prices".

    If in those 21 days a total of 400k is traded at 0.1c and 10M at 0.2c, then the average is: (400k * 0.1 + 10M * 0.2c) / 10.4M = 0.196c

Based on the average price of the last conversion at 0.17c, the ratio of 0.1c to 0.2c would be something close to 1 : 2.333

Looking at your list of 0.1c trades (assuming that 3B conversion was in fact on the 16th Feb... I have no idea how to figure out what the date for the "Election to Convert" was), then only the 0.1c on 7th Feb would have been included.

Total at 0.1c = 323k, so expected total at 0.2c over that period = about 750k. As you can see, what caused the problem is more the fact that the 0.2c buys were so incredibly quiet than that La Jolla managed to push it down by their sales into 0.1c ... So far this time around they do not seem to be inclined to match the 0.2c buys counting 5M today or the 33M yesterday, or the 40M odd last week.
