Agree with you, a great job done and continuing with a small efficient team.
As for cashing in I don’t doubt the market will pay fair value, as results are first class and projects are expanding as drilling carries on.
With few shares issued market capitalisation wreaks of a dynamic, decidedly to the upside.
Many dollars to be had here IMHO. I’m happy with my “due diligence” so will await offers.
