Financially CLH appears in pretty good shape and on the improve. The poor sentiment is the old boys club thing that has been beat up by the media. The media has since dropped it cold so make your own judgement.

I suppose the worst that could happen is the MD would have to step down if it is found he hasn't played by the rules but I find that unlikely as ASIC are not the slightest bit interested from all reports.

A major shareholder has sold out but they held at much higher prices so probably just playing by their own investment rules. This stock has based now for 2 years and most of the stale bulls have departed. A fair bunch of options issued recently may be weighing down the SP a little but this would be temporary.

The market is wary and probably waiting for the full year results but I find it a great trading stock.
