From memory it was stated that Valley Longwall was put up for sale to the highest bidder with a 48% market share in coal seam drilling and AJ Lucas with a 44% market share was recently bought by IDL for much less than Valley went for.
My question is: why did the 92% of the coal seam drilling industry decide to sell!?!?!?
