I was thinking a script option. Although NLX businesses are manufacturing and distributing as you point out, a mere 3 million new NLX shares will add another string to their bow and allow a greater profit margin through AWS's wholesale and retail division. I don't know how many underperforming businesses NLX liquidated in the restructure but I'd like to think the current business plan will see a much improved bottom line. I'll be digging much deeper into the NLX story as they could very well turn out to be a rapid turnaround story considering the revenue the company generates.

Just a few thoughts.
