RQL operates in a diverse range of industries now, water management, hydromining, oil and gas, power generation, reverse osmosis so I am sure that there are different competitors who may offer similar services although RQL note in their investor presentation that, "few companies in this space (domestic and international) and none of size."
Personally, I don't know of any competitors.
Very high barriers to entry into these industries exist. RQL notes, specialist personal, capital, product knowledge, track record, technical understanding, design capabilities....
It is very difficult for new companies to start up doing what RQL does which gives them an important competitive advantage over any new businesses interested in entering their markets and also gives shareholders an important margin of safety.
