Stock has good board, James Cullen, ex PCH Group MD. Similar story/sector, employs 1200 people. He ran it from 94 - 07 (13 years, turned the company into a real player). This is a quality play, just pure value at the moment. Not many people on board, but will be surprising to see it jack up on light volumes as very minimal sellers.
