I think the BMA issues will not have much of an impact. It is only the BMA workers on strike - not the contractors.
I picked some shares up at 3c / share. I have worked with Hughes drilling closely when I was a Project Manager with Leightons - I feel that they are a safe bet going forward and I'm looking to get more shares soon.
