btw the market cap showing on HC is based on the old number of share on issue (you probably know this but thought I would mention it in case anyone was misguided by this)..Hughes will have around 1.2 billion shares once they issue a few hundred million performance shares and so that is roughly a $48 million mkt cap at 4c and they have about $20 million in debt from memory.
