    This is not a cash deal but a "proportional" deal


    6.28 IGR for 1 SLR


    so if SLR were to hit 3.20 it be worth = 50.95 c a IGR share

    etc etc etc


    believe the market will trade them in "lock step" unless another bid should surface (keep in mind current market and the 4.5 mill break fee IGR would have to pay)
