    Whats the whole deal about US placements. Read something about the concept before - but didnt understand it.

    Isnt it that US investors can't be offered a discount - and so if a trh placement did happen at US it would be above or at mkt price?

    Im might be totally wrong - but I can sure smell some hot positive news imho
