Subscription price was previously effective $0.009 (after including options), when GMC share price was $0.042 (85% discount)

I would imagine this one would be lower, given current share price and everything the first $12M was meant to achieve hasn't been achieved.

Plus the short selling of 380,000,000 shares at market.

Glad as a holder you accept this is going to be stuck at $0.01 for a long time
