I meant to thank you for alerting us to the wise owl coverage. I thought that was interesting for a number of reasons, one being that wise owl have already done two prior wraps on DES. I must re read them to find out whats different this time. I note that this one was paid for by DES.

Todays announcement means that they will be working late at DES tonight and going as fast as they can to conduct the "Due Dillegence" on BYI. Mariner are prepared to accept 50.1 % of BYI and their offer closes 23 Dec. Which means BYI holders will be thinking about the bird in the hand rather than the "DES" in the Bush so to speak. So DES has to be quick as Mariner already have 22%. Rather a clever move from Mariner I thought.
