I have been looking at this. The Cinema Now deal is marginal, atleast in the short term, Destra will not have access to large scale studio titles for download which is a significant issue because you need the studio level films to drive the consumer.

Keep an eye on the spending for content too. Many companies have come undone buying "all rights" theatrical titles for distribution and this has become a large part of the business plan.

BYI potential takeover is interesting, but want to monitor how they propose to fund this.
