I'm with you Ethical.
Admittedly its the worst time for these guys as a business, but imagine the upside when interest rates and the like go up and the pressure heats up! Their is a huge amount of debt out there........and although times are easier now......they won't always be!

As for a t/o I cannot speculate.........

The conflicting views though do worry me from time to time!! But with the founder guy back at the helm and Sven (is that his name?) getting further in bed....I have a good feeling!!!
