I'm not sure anymore navygulf , I don't bother ringing the company anymore because I know they will just offer some excuse about it being "complicated", I'm guessing that means everybody onsite wants a slice of the pie and they are not keen on sharing with anyone they don't legally have to, lets face it the parties onsite are only interested in one thing "cash", they were probably taken care of by the boss of the illegals, and so if they aren't getting looked after now they will undoubtedly take out their frustrations out on someone impacting their livelihood, us.
then you have the new partner who after doing their due diligence signed up for a stake providing they deliver the site on time and on budget, I'm guessing they smashed their budget long ago with all the delays in the timeline and know the company have spent all their money and won't have any until a deal in S.A is done, and will be hesitant to spend money on anything other than administration.
well that's my read on it, but then I could be totally wrong.
