Navy, that is the point I am making. At the moment we are guessing as to why the project is delayed. The next quarterly statement is due in late July (another 7 weeks away) and based on past experience management will not provide any updates before then. However for the company to say something is imminent, then shareholders take it at face value because the company has built a reputation for only disclosing information when it is concrete. Therefore the expectation is that production would have begun by now. I agree that the new partner would not be happy, but they would have known the risks before signing the contract.
The company needs to be careful here that they don't start losing the trust of its shareholders.
