It's to do with the Audit report that came out yesterday in the UK on the NPfIT system which made particular mention of concerns about timing for Lorenzo.

However, imo, this report would have been largely put together prior to recent progress by IBA in picking up the Lorenzo ball. We will see whether the first roll-out is still on target for June.

Meanwhile, CSC are supposed to be re-negotiating their contract with NPfIT this month for an extension (in time, funding and scope I think). Could be positive.
