The continuous buying by OCJ has been confirmed. Up to this point in time, hardly any day traders have come in yet.
Kings has been an illiquid share for a long time and the fear of been caught and not able to exit their positions is well founded.
I write more to encourage the patient long term holders who have gone thru much with this share.
As far and as accurately that I could remember, the GFC crisis brought the all time high price to a bit less than half its value to around 50ct.
Then the Opes Prime saga came along and an investor who pledged about 21m shares of Kings shares to OP, had his lot confiscated by ANZ and the drip selling brought the share price to around 30cts.
The balance of the lot (15m shares, I think) was sold to a short term player at a price of around 23c and he progressively unload it everytime gets anywhere near 30cts.
After months of turbulent time, it finally hovered around the low 20s.
Then came the news of Dudley in financial problem with his agriculture business and since he held over 37m shares, those in the know started dumping their shares and it brought the share price to around 10cts.
Some people realised the time of capital raising is near and started unloading their portfolio.
That brought the price to below 10ct and the company have no alt. but to offer the right issues at 6cts.
    We sell for different reasons.
Some may see the huge gain they are making from the right issues at 6 cts.
Firstly, we are nearer to production than ever before.
Secondly, the assets in the ground have never diminished. It's still there. Before, the emphasis was on the moly in Kalman and althu its price has dropped badly at one time, it is now about half the previous all time high.
Thirdly, the valuation of the gold asset we had in San Anton was done at the time when gold price was around US$700 an oz.
Fourthly, we must ask this question. "What can OCJ see in Kings that we don't."
Fifthly, we are making good money if we sell the shares we got at 6 ct. But are we making good money if viewed from the aspect of Kings's POTENTIAL. Right now, someone is willing to pay for that potential.
Just some of my thghts and I hope I have captured the facts as accurately as possible from memory.
