We know a buying window is currently open; 28 days from 26/02/2019. 28 days from the six monthly announcement.
HOWEVER, the open window also has to satisfy the Insider Trading tests under ASX Listing Rule 3.1A. Given CCS remains in negotiations with a (un-named) potential Distributor in Europe, it is clear to me that Management would have access to Price Sensitive Information that is not available to the greater Market. Therefore they can't buy now, even if they wanted to.
