The board all need to be removed - they all have played a part in electing a CEO that has failed to deliver since being elected and they have continued to support this CEO despite the continual failure of set objectives. This has resulted in failed capital raisings, failure to achieve sales targets and failure to not only generate shareholder value but to conserve existing value.
The amount of shareholders value that has been destroyed over the past 3 years under this board is an absolute disgrace IMHO and yet there appears to be no accountability or no changes in strategy.
First priority is to their shareholders and it would appear that they all may need to be reminded of this.
At the very least the CEO and Chairperson should resign immediately IMHO.
