My business is exposed to a lot of car yards, i can tell you they are having a bad trot, not as bad as it has been but they are bleeding. I am lucky as i have weighted the business toward the bus and coach side of things, this is flying along with all the mine site transfers and moving construction crews around etc.
If the car dealers sentiment has any bearing on where interest rates are going then it will be down, unless things pick up. I know of a few that are teetering on bankruptcy. The thing is, they have been around for decades, i think that tells a story.
