New acquisition to be cash flow positive by second quarter...

New acquisition to be cash flow positive by second quarter (guess) with low debt or no debt I think, synergies and a growth pipeline in mobile apps, high div – expect increasing div payouts. Singapore now in growth phase – UK rebounding off losses.
Does anyone know or have recently done research into their new acquisition?
I have been looking to unload as I just held as a somewhat stable income stock, but now I am re-thinking and if I do it may only be slightly, my target was 3.10 now 3.20 longer term 6mths $3.50 if the can land 2more major advertising accounts just in print alone – not counting new business
