re: restricted securities 15,979,350 escrow 24mths 4,411,914 escrow 12mths 1,304,461 escrow 3mths( these shares with 3mth escrow were part payment for US aquaculture facility,due to be tradable end of oct) It seems the US vendor took part shares part cash; as first sales of stock will have been sold by end of Oct the share price may well be much higher than current prices, and may well prove to be a bonanza for the US vendor.
