looks like lowell capital is just about a thing of the past.

going back through past announcements, found this from january, regarding current directors:

"Sam Willis consults as a senior member of the Corporate Finance team at Cygnet Capital. Prior to
working with Cygnet, Sam worked with corporate advisory house Montt Capital, with venture capital
adviser Red Dingo and as a private client advisor with Hartleys. Sam holds degrees in Accounting
and Finance and is a non-executive Director of Northern Energy Corporation Ltd (ASX: NEC).
Winton Willesee has broad experience in the company administration of ASX Listed companies,
corporate governance and corporate finance. Winton has a Master of Commerce, Post-Graduate
Diploma in Business (Economics and Finance), a Diploma in Education and a Bachelor of Business.
Winton is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Certified Practicing
Accountant.
The new Board will work with Cygnet Capital to identify suitable acquisition opportunities."
