    Looking at the chart ... looks like the low has been made & rejected.

    Looks to me to be fairly safe buying ATM ... if not sure, it could be worth accumulating in a few lots.

    I am loaded up ... picked up a few cheap parcels at 3.6-3.8 .... market totally over reacted (as usual!!)
