Lets look at nickle prospects.

Near 13 million tonnes at around 66,000 tonnes of nickle, 92,000 copper with a mine life of 9 years with Geographical study under way for drilling to increase the radio hill resource and up the mine life to well over 10+ years.

Operating costs were $124 per tonne in 2008, with heap leeching its now estimated at $97 per tonne.

Return rates in 2008 were 55-65% nickle, heap leeching is far more efficient indicating 90-97%.

Product grade 2008 was 4-5%, heap leeching indicating at 40-45%.

Processing will be looking between 400,000 - 850,000 tonne a year. Obviously around 400,000 with radio hill only in operation, phase 2 having Sholl A/B to get near the 850,000.

Already in place is a huge stockpile of nickle ore on the surface from radio hill waiting to be put through the heap leeching process. Whilst this is going on mining will continue to supply ore from radio hill.

Streeter is negotiating a new offtake agreement with Jinchuan as we speak with his other company WSA also.
