if you like TIM, why not buy TIMPB?
TIMPB converts to 4 TIM shares in Sep09. Plus 13.5 centts FF divi gives TIMPB a value of 61.5 cents based on TIM at 12 cents. And TIMPB ranks ahead of TIM in terms of dividend payout and wind-up. Buy TIMPB seems like the way to go and if in doubt take out small hedge by shorting TIM ob CFD.
