Quick answer would be the options can be sold under ASX code SPQO or you can convert them to heads (shares) for a strike price of 1.6c per share. They do have an expiry date as well which I believe is August 2019.
Options will give you leverage in that you can purchase them for a lower price (or obtain them free through the SPP) and you can hold until you want to convert, or sell if you like.
Please correct me or add anything if I'm wrong anyone, I'm quite unfamiliar with options myself!
