At the AGM there appeared to be a block vote of more than 25% controlled by the Pirate Gang (as told to me by someone close to the Head Pirate) .
You also need to factor in all the new shares issued on the CR and who has control of them as that was the GXN trick when they went to a s249.
Net:Net .. uphill battle to get sufficient numbers but all our hopes are pinned on ousting these Pirates.
