I am being conservitive when i say this stock would have to be by far the best chance available to make many people millionares and some multi . Any other share holding has not got such a great potential futre .

Centro is holding a fantastic portfolio of property which under Mr Rafrano and co has steared through a G.F.C. like no other. The company also has a very strong cash flow so if you add all the positives together .

Property + cash flow + management the potential is huge . If you compare to any other R.E.I.T.s you will find that they are tradeing at many multiples of centro S.P.

Im sure who ever is going to take the helm will be a very smart and capable person who will carry on Mr Rufrano's and managements legacy.
