Id ring computershare back and ask them to email you the form. They told me they would send a form out. I rang them back after a week and they told me it was still in the queue for processing and they'd organise it as a priority. 5 days later I called them back and they told me the exact same thing, that I would get it in the next few days. I told them, no, I would like it enacted immediately or alternatively send it to me by email. He said, no problems, you'll receive an email in the next few days. I said, no, how hard is it to email a form by email. He went off for a couple of minutes and came back and told me that he'd gained approval to send it today. I received an email that day.

I dont know if this is normal or I was just the unlucky one. But thought I'd tell you anyway. When you send your cheque for exercise, dont send it to Computershare, as they just then forward it on to the company (adding 3 days to the process). Send it directly to GDA by registered mail.

Should take up to 2 weeks from that point but most likely sooner.
