In the short term, the SPP selling appears to have slowed down and someone looks to be soaking this stock up reasonably well. 

The short term chart suggests that a base has formed around the SPP price and might be ready to inch back higher. 

The daily chart is below with the Slow Stochs already heading higher from very low levels, with the MACD looking like it might start heading back up. Based on previous moves, an increase into short term resistance at 6 cents appears likely.

Lots of positive news expected in Q1 (early) 2019, so some people will be looking to get set at these levels.  

Looking longer term the Slow Stochs on the Weekly and Monthly chart are both in a similar position, at or near a bottom and getting ready to kick up, which has been a good signal previously for price rises.
