I truely don't think that the R.B.A. and A.S.I.C. have understood the gravity of their actions or non actions.

A / The banks are makeing up their own set of rules whether interest rates go up or down.

B / The whole market has been through the biggest ever shake up and confidence needs to be restored .

C / The time dely in any deliberation needs to be shortend to be relivent. ie that was then but this is now.

D / Confiedence needs to be restored for the whole market to move forward or it could flownder for months or years.

I am a firm believer that cer/cnp has a great future and the worst is over .
