rrw, good question. And yes, I too was happy that Foss responded to shareholder emails (thanks again gsnz, Hotfire).
While I agree I'm writing to the converted, my argument is that the lack of business activity has been the main culprit, whereas the lack of communication is secondary. Fortunately business activity seems to be changing for the better.
As for communication improvements, I think the answer is in shareholder queries to mgt and hopefully just TXN mgt learning that communication makes a difference.
