If another egm is called for options I will be attending and making a lot of noise about the "performance options" I dont mind management being rewarded for good performance but if they want recognition for their efforts when things are going well, then they should be prepared to face the music when things are not going well. Cant have it both ways. Maybe they should invent a penalty clause where they have to pay double the option price if the share price falls below a certain level? I would suggest they would then tend to care more about a falling shareprice. Cant see it happening though
