the thing that puzzles me the most is that it must surely be in managements interest to get the SP as high as possible given their option exercise prices..and as you rightly say a good starting point would be to let everyone know of the successes
in one way this low sp gives me even greater certainty that an offer will come
if it doesnt then the tenure of the board must come into question
