What if Leslie & Paul knew since last year that Her-Vaxx didn't perform as good as intended. That's why they raised the CR at end of 2017 to ensure Ph2 $$ so they can continue the show.

Then mid 2018 they raised another CR as they know Her-Vaxx is definitely not good enough for big pharma to pounce. This was done to ensure further line of products. So the Mayo/OSU CR was a desperation job to safe IMU as they knew Her-Vaxx failed.

The last announcement wasn't detailed enough, raising further suspicion? Lots of unanswered questions remained.

It was also very low key. It wasn't done in ESMO, just happened to be 1 day after the ESMO weekend. Ph2 continues despite unfavorable result as it was already promised to investors? So results in Ph2 won't be good.

The Mayo B-Vaxx was even less promising. In Ph1 only 1 of 24 with Partial response & 10 of 24 with stable disease.

The selling must be done by large holders who concluded some / most of the above? Based on all worst case scenario, IMU is only worth .5c??
