hmmm i guess it depends on perspective, on a longer term chart it is turning but less obvious. on the shorter term one could argue... but i'd like to see it truly base and hold.
I'd be still happy to take an 80 cent parcel for the LT anyway, it's still pretty cheap to what I can imagine (if it rakes in all those south perth apartments over the next 5 years or so) it will be down the track.
For now I'm holding out anyway since I've got no more moolah, hopefully it doesn't begin its run without me as I"ve been waiting for ages for this oppt!
