Does the Perth Transport Plan released on Friday, 29/07/2016 suggest anything that may impact FRI in the next five years? The reputed $13m expense of the plan seems to be a lot of money for a bunch of uncosted and unscheduled ideas, and the 80:20 rule suggests that something nearly as useful could have been obtained for much less.
