export has always been a very small percentage of overall sales and should probably remain that way until they get all their i's dotted and t's crossed. Jumping in to the Chinese export market is fraught with danger and our Directors will need to be on top of this or we will just become another bad statistic.
Work to be done on product, branding, processing, sales, Board composition, comms , strategy.........and the list goes on. As AO mentioned time is passing us by so Directors need to get a wriggle on
