It might be too old to move and break downs could be costly...........I like the idea of a new purpose built processor with latest technology and up to date machinery but ......the big but............is that it might be perceived by others as theirs and we will be dictated to. We want this much, and when and how packaged.............bugger all your other contracts. You(AHF) only provided the land.........and as this is not set in concrete we might even look at giving them 70% and we retain 30%....................ST gains will suffice as it will give the Directors a chance to jump ship.
