The current board is being deemed by the market/investment community as ineffective and the staid approach is not cutting it. Far too much pride for Michael to seek some advice and looks like he will die by his own sword.
I know a few capable and willing persons that are suitably qualified to step up into board positions for AHF and drive this. Maybe even give Michael a passenger seat and throw him out the car all together. Michael needs to open up
