hey with this whole board thing wouldnt it be wise to promote someone from with in the company and give them incentive such as shares surely some one from camperdown dairy would be a likely pick or chris melville i liked what i read about him, though my research was limited.
surely we have good people within to hire or atleast add to the board, just a though and wondering anyone elses take, open to criticism
